Guidelines for Handling Applicant Queries & Appeals - PEF Recruitment Deadline: 2nd March 2025 (Extended)

The recruitment process follows strict adherence to the advertised guidelines. Applicants who failed to follow the instructions in the advertisement remain rejected. Appeals will only be considered in cases where human error occurred on our side during the evaluation.

General Rules for Appeals

1. No Appeal for Applicant Mistakes:
   • If an applicant failed to submit the required documents, submitted incorrect or irrelevant documents, deposited fees late, or provided misleading/incomplete information, their rejection is final.
   • No late submissions (including missing documents or hard copies) will be entertained.
   • If an applicant does not meet the eligibility criteria (qualification, experience, age, etc.), their rejection is final.
2. Appeals Considered Only for Human Error in Evaluation:
   • If our team misinterpreted an educational qualification or work experience document and wrongly rejected an applicant, they may submit an appeal.
   • If an applicant's experience was incorrectly marked as irrelevant due to an oversight, they may submit a clarification.
   • Appeals will only be entertained for evaluation errors related to education and experience.
3. Appeal Submission Process:
   • All appeals must be submitted via the official Query Form.
   • Only specific, verifiable claims of human error will be reviewed.
   • Attested Hard copies of the following documents will be accepted if needed for verification:
     • Educational Certificates/Degrees
     • Experience Certificates
     • Passport-size Photograph
     • CNIC Copy
     • Most Recent Experience Certificate
     • NOC (No Objection Certificate)
   • No other new documents will be accepted unless explicitly requested.
   • Applicants whose profiles were rejected due to a face-focused, mismatched, or missing profile picture are advised to first update their correct picture in the ATS DataCell. As profile picture submission is the applicant's responsibility, appeals will only be considered if the picture has been correctly uploaded before submitting a request through the official Query Form.
   • Note: Appeals will not be processed if the applicant's profile is incomplete, contains outdated information. It is the applicant's responsibility to keep their profile updated at all times.

• Attested copies of education/experience documents, CNIC copy, passport-size photo, most recent experience certificate, and NOC will be accepted if required for verification. Do not send any hard copy without a copy of CNIC.

Final Decision:

• Appeals will be reviewed only if human error in evaluation is evident.
• All appeal decisions are final, and no further requests will be entertained.
